In emergency cases such as life in danger, life in stress, fires, travel emergencies, children or elderly people locked in a property, emergency service matters, gas emergency or flooding, we recommend first calling the relevant authorities on 101 or 999.
If we attend an emergency job that requires immediate action without delay, the price may not be revealed until after the job is completed.
Returns
No returns on used products.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, however you will be charged a call out fee of £50 if the locksmith arrives at the property before cancellation.
Response time
We always try to arrive within 30 minutes. This may vary based on traffic conditions and external factors beyond our control.
Guarantee
All locksmith work is guaranteed for 12 months for labour and parts.
Partner locksmiths and invoices
Services may be carried out by our employed locksmith or approved and skilled partner locksmiths, individuals or companies. If a partner company completes the job and issues the invoice, that company carries the full guarantee. We do not accept liability for invoices not issued by us.
